Prepare for Your Doggyland Adventure
At Doggyland Resort, we prioritize the safety and happiness of all our guests. To ensure a delightful experience, please adhere to the following requirements for all visitors:
• All vaccinations must be given by a licensed Veterinarian and a copy
of records given to us prior to your arrival.
Required Vaccinations
• Rabies (signed certificate by Veterinarian)
• Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP)
• Bordetella – This is not a standard vaccine and usually given when you request it knowing your dog will be around other dogs.
Must be given at least 14 days prior to visit.
• Be spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months.
• Free from fleas and ticks.
Flea & Tick/ Heartworm prevention recommended
• Negative fecal test done within 12 months, recommended
• Influenza vaccine highly recommended
• Pass our Playgroup Compatibility Evaluation

I am a new customer, what do I do first?
If you are ready to make a reservation you may click on any “Evaluation Day” tab and create an account. Fill out your information, your pets information and pick a date for your dogs 2-4 hour drop off evaluation. Make sure you scroll down each page, plus save and continue. If you have any problems please call us at 724-939-3024.
What is a Playgroup Compatibility Evaluation?
A required 2-4 hour evaluation for new clients in which you will drop off your dog and we will slowly introduce them to other dogs making sure they are are social and enjoy being around other dogs. This is also to ensure your dog will feel safe, comfortable and enjoy themselves while staying with us for future reservations.
What is your boarding drop-off hours?
Monday-Friday 10am- 4pm, Saturday and
Sunday 9 am-12 noon.
What is the Daycare drop off and pick up hours?
Monday-Friday 7am-10am and 3pm-6pm.
What Vaccinations do you require?

Influenza vaccine is highly recommended but not required. Fecal test is also recommended.
Why are your hours limited for dropping off and picking up?
This is so our staff can prioritize and take care of the guests. Also, for safety reasons and transitions it is best not to have dogs entering the daycare groups at all times of the day.
How large are the outdoor play areas?
We offer 10,000 square feet of outdoor play areas, divided into three yards covered in artificial turf.
Are there any special add ons?
Yes, we offer add-ons such as Scent Land for $12, Homemade Treats for $4, Massage/Brush Out for $7, Photo of Your Pet for $7 and Weekly Enrichment Activities for $7.

What are Daycare Memberships?
Memberships are offered for clients to receive special perks along with a discounted price. You will automatically be charged each month on the date that corresponds to the day you signed up for your membership. Memberships can be paused or cancelled anytime prior to the next upcoming charge date.
What is Scent Land?
Scent Land is a themed area with search and scent activities, providing one-on-one time for your pet.
What is included in the enrichment activities?
Our enrichment activities include sensory, cognitive, and social games that encourage natural behaviors and mental engagement.
What if my dog has supplements?
They can be added into each feeding and please let us know what it is
What about medication?
We can administer oral pill form medication, ear and eye drops. They must come in the original prescription bottle. We do not accept all medications so please let us know what it is when you make the reservation so we can approve it.
What do I bring for my dog who is boarding?
Please bring the food your dog normally eats. Each feeding should be pre-bagged with your dog’s name on it plus 1 extra feeding. For example, your dog gets dropped off on Friday afternoon and stays until Monday morning and eats 2x/day then bring 7 bags plus 1 extra. We have bowls. Regular treats can be given during feedings (no rawhide). Dogs who have reserved a private room may bring bedding and a toy.
What if my dog has a medical issue while staying with you?
Should your pet require medical attention (non-emergency related) we will contact you first and see how you want us to proceed. We have Center Animal clinic less than 1 mile from our facility. If it
is an emergency, we will call you ASAP.
Do you require my dog to be spayed or neutered?
Yes, any dog must be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months.
What is the daily routine for daycare?
Drop of begins at 7am and group play begins once majority of dogs are checked in. Dogs are rotated throughout the day in the outdoor and indoor areas to play areas. They are given intermittent rest breaks and lunch in rooms or crates if needed. At the end of day- dogs are winding down and relax with others or individually.
How can I send you my vaccinations ahead of time?
You can upload it to our email at doggylandinfo@gmail.com or when you make your reservation. Please make sure that you receive a confirmation that we got it.
